The orders (e-commerce) module of TicketPay allows many tasks to be performed to include viewing, inserting, and placing of orders.
Insert Order
Staff members have the ability to insert orders with the Staff CP. If your company takes phone orders or wants to send an invoice to a customer for things such as web development or another service, it can easily be done.


View Orders: Staff CP
Staff members can easily view and manage orders from within the Kayako Staff CP. Orders can be edited, deleted, canceled, and more.
View Orders: Support Center
Customers can easily manage and view their orders in the support center. If they have orders that are due, they can pay them and well as view their past order history.

Purchase Support
Purchasing support is very easy for your clients. Depending on the type of support you plan to offer the client will be able to purchase a package within that support type. They will then be redirected to select the payment gateway they would like to pay with and redirected to your side immediately after.
